JACKIE HAROLD WINS PRESTIGIOUS AWARD
Jackie Harold - Best Newcomer Award
Our very own Jackie Harold, designer and maker of contemporary tableware, exhibited at the British Craft Trade Fair in Harrogate recently.
As if this wasn't achievement enough by itself, she went on to receive the prestigious award from the Craft & Design Magazine of 'Best Newcomer' for quality of design, craftsmanship and good business skills. Jackie returned with a book full of interest from galleries, publicity from 'UK Handmade', the 'Sentinel' and 'Staffordshire Magazine'.
She also won £3,000 worth of mentoring, publicity and advertising including the front page on the Craft & Design Magazing and a double page spread on her and her business.
August sees her jetting off to Canada and New York in August with the British Trade & Industry. Watch this space ...........
