 Carolyn PickinCarolyn is a creative and innovative learning designer, consultant, facilitator and manager with considerable experience of the learning and development arena.  She is qualified in a number of psychometrics as well a qualified coach and NLP Business Practitioner.

She has proven skills in delivering major learning solutions to tight deadlines and works closely with her clients to ensure that the most innovative and appropriate solution is implemented to achieve the agreed objectives. 

Carolyn has a thorough understanding of leading-edge learning design, as well as established success as a facilitator specifically in leadership, management, and teambuilding.  Participants leave Carolyn’s programmes highly motivated and with the desire to implement their learning to make a positive difference to their lives.  

She uses psychometrics in her programmes to develop individual’s self awareness, understand their impact on others and to build confidence.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
