Taking the decision to move your office from your home to a professional facility can be daunting. Even moving from one facility to another can be fraught with confusion over service charges, facilities management, rules and regulations, what’s included in the cost and what’s not. This presentation will give an overview of the potential pitfalls and how to avoid them, and will provide useful hints and tips to give you the confidence to find the right accommodation for your business.

Lucy Delaney is Business Development Executive at Keele University Science and Business Park. She is responsible for setting up and managing the Nova Centre, a brand new business growth programme and office facility for businesses who have been trading for less than 12 months.
